Ungendered Fashion

Ungendered fashion might be where we are headed.
This transition in Hip Hop has arguably been in motion for years. From Kanye West claiming that he popularised skinny jeans:
Comme Moi Blog | Kanye: I made it so we could wear tight jeans.
To the album art of Young Thug's Jeffery being as much as a hot topic and the content:
Comme Moi Blog | Young Thug's Jeffery.
And more recently Skepta wore a womenswear top to the Ivor Novello Awards where he picked up the award for best contemporary song.
He was even quoted saying "it might be womenswear but that’s just a word. At the end of the day, if there’s a top on a hanger that I really like then I want to wear it".
In the world of Streetwear, from heavy hitters like Supreme, Palace, Stussy to Bape, Stone Island, OFF WHITE; the relaxed fit has meant that men and women can style the same clothes with a completely different expression.
Fast fashion giant Zara have released a line called Ungendered, a collection of unisex essentials. If Zara are on to it, then expect to see it everywhere.
